The apartment building is located in the urban intersection of the axis of the street. In Kríž and communication ul. Martina Granca in the new residential area Garden City, therefore we decided to design an architectural accent for the overall design of the building to create a visual visual link between the urban structures. At the same time, its position offers the site itself a significant potential for visibility into the surrounding countryside. These basic factors were the main determinant for the emergence of the architectural concept of a “vertical terraced house”.
The ground plan of the building is designed so that the shape of the house itself offers all apartments an orientation to at least two world sides. At the same time, we architecturally set out to provide each apartment with a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.
