Study of a multifunctional house in Prievidza on Bojnice Road. High heights accentuate the main walking trail connecting the residential area with the sports recreational part of the city.
The lowest floor of the building is receded to create the possibility of expanding the street floor. A high-rise building with a predominant residential function is designed as a self-contained building.
