Multifunctional and public buildings
Planned mixed-use development with a dominant high-rise tower situated near crossroads of Panónska and Bosáková Street in Petržalka. This location is predetermined for localization of a focal point. A sensitively sculptured shape of the building reflects curvature of Panónska Street which changes direction towards town centre. Design schemes incorporate revitalization of the surrounding areas up to the standards of a modern European residential zone of the 21st century. Main aspects are revitalization of Macharovo Square and the creation of an important connection between residential zone Dvory with Janko Kráľ Garden and Petržalka promenade.
