Vitkovia centrum

The multifunctional house VITKOVIA CENTRUM is situated in Prague 3, in the heart of old Žižkov, close to Vítkov Park. Modern architecture is set in the original historical buildings, which it enriches with modern elements but at the same time creates a harmonious whole. The building has 6 floors and an attic. It is located at the intersection of Husitská, Pod Vítkovem and Prokopova streets. It is divided by the color of the facades into 2 parts, which respect the urban scale and refer to the original division of plots. The vertical division of the building is in accordance with the surrounding buildings.

On the ground floor there are civic amenities that dominate the glass windows. In the corner there is an entrance, which is accentuated by an arcade. The main entrance to the building as well as the entrance is located in a quiet street Pod Vítkovem, which forms the entrance to the adjacent park Vítkov. The rest of the facade is regular, divided by horizontal French windows and plastic cut-outs. The attic is complemented by a corner dormer, especially in the exposed corner. On the second floor there will be office space, from the third floor there will be apartments and studios of all sizes, a total of 31. On the top floor there are spacious penthouses with views of the surrounding area. Most units, including offices, will have balconies or terraces. Parking is provided in underground garages, there will be a total of 36 places.
